Request for Tender

Website Accessibility Remediation Services

Crime Victims Helpline is seeking tenders from suitably qualified providers to carry out accessibility remediation work on the existing Crime Victims Helpline website.

The purpose of this project is to address accessibility issues identified through a recent review and bring the website into compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, or the latest applicable standard under the EU Web Accessibility Directive.

This tender is for targeted remediation of the existing website only. It is not a website redesign, rebuild, or platform migration project.

The successful provider will be required to review the identified accessibility issues, complete the necessary remediation work, carry out post-remediation testing, and provide documentation confirming the work completed and any remaining accessibility issues.

Tenderers should review the full Request for Tender and the accompanying accessibility remediation spreadsheet before submitting a proposal.
